The Mission of the Fondation médicale des Laurentides et des Pays-d’en-Haut

The Fondation médicale des Laurentides et des Pays-d’en-Haut’s mission is to improve and maintain the health and well-being of our residents and visitors by acquiring and modernizing medical equipment for the  Centre de santé et de services sociaux (CSSS) des Sommets and the Centre de santé et de services sociaux (CSSS) des Pays-d’en-Haut.
